All rates for foreigners are expressed in US dollars and include all applicable taxes and fees for foreign tourists.
Rates for groups over 15 people are subject to discounts, it is recommended to consult with our reservations department info@oroscotravel.com.
PAYMENTS AND RESERVATIONS
The reservation is made with a time of 100 days to 15 days before the travel date at least prior consultation and availability, so that our agency can block the spaces in the hotels and separate the quotas or tourist tickets required for the tours contracted.
The reservation for the foreign tourist is made with the payment of 30%, this payment will be made in a UNIQUE way through the electronic commerce payment gateway of our web page (www.oroscotravel.com) section ONLINE PAYMENTS. Likewise, once the required percentage has been paid, the system will immediately generate a copy of the electronic voucher with its respective transaction code that will be sent to the contracting person’s e-mail address.
After making the online prepayment and/or deposit, the contracting party must send copies of the passports, identity cards or required documents of all those registered for the trip. You must also send copies of the flight tickets with their respective itineraries and flight numbers so that our agency can start with the various procedures, as well as schedule airport pickups according to the itinerary.
The balance or remaining money will be paid in the city of Cusco before the start of the tours, it can be with credit card (subject to 5% commission) or in cash. You must also ask the agency for a voucher that proves the total payment of the contracted service.
Note: In the case of hiring only tours (without hotel and other services) the reservation is made with 100% payment. Except for the Machupicchu tour whose reservation is made with the payment of 30%. After payment the client must send the corresponding documents such as: Copies of passports and / or ID of travelers for registration. Also, you must provide the dates to schedule the tours, and must also provide the name of the hotel where they will stay for pick up on the day of the tour as appropriate.
PENALTIES IN TOUR PACKAGES OR TOURS
For any cancellation, by the passenger, before 50 or more days before the start date of the tour will be penalized with the total payment of the cost of the species valued exm: Entrance to Machupicchu, Waynapicchu, etc. as these tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Likewise, they will have to pay USD. 25 dollars for administrative expenses.
For any cancellation, by the passenger, between 49 and 16 days before the start date of the tour will be penalized with 50% of the amount of the prepayment, plus USD. 25 of administrative expenses.
Any cancellation by the passenger 15 days or less prior to the tour start date will be penalized with 100% of the prepaid amount. In other words, the passenger will lose the total amount paid.
Note: The reservation of the programs for the “Inca Trail” are not refundable in any case.
EXECUTION OF THE REIMBURSEMENT OF THE PACKAGE, TOUR, ACCOMMODATION OR TRANSPORTATION SERVICE
Refunds or refunds for cancellations requested by the passenger will be made within 30 working days after receiving the passenger’s request. The reimbursement will be affected by the penalties corresponding to each case.
LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY
The liability for services not provided due to the negligence of Orosco Travel or our staff shall be limited to the actual cost of the services omitted and excludes all resulting indirect consequences or costs. In such eventual case Orosco Travel will use its best efforts to provide alternative arrangements of equal value, subject to availability.
Orosco Travel, in some cases acts as an intermediary between the tourist service companies and the passenger, and when publishing its tourist services, travel programs, tours, etc., is responsible for requiring the contracted service company to provide the services and accommodations offered to passengers, as stated in the itinerary of the contracted program.
Passengers accept that Orosco Travel has no responsibility for the non-provision of the services offered in case of adverse weather conditions or natural disasters that cannot be foreseen. Likewise, they recognize that there will be no responsibility in case of adverse political situations, accidents, strikes or any other public act beyond the control of Orosco Travel, which could not be foreseen. In these cases, the value of the contracted service will not be refundable.
